About the Role -

He/She is responsible for designing, coordinating and improving the internal and external programs. Works across functions to deliver programs that align to the organization's strategic vision. Plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met. Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects in the program.

Who are we looking for ?

- 3-4 years experienced Engineering Grads from premium institutes with very sharp analytical skills and above average people skills

- 1-2 year work experience post MBA from premium colleges

- 2-3 year Associate level experience in big consulting firms.
