Role Purpose :

- He/She is responsible for designing, coordinating, and improving the internal and external programs. Works across functions to deliver programs that align with the organization's strategic vision. Plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met.

- Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects in the program.

Requirements

- 3-4 years experienced Engineering Grads from premium institutes with very sharp analytical skills and above-average people skills

- 1-2 year work experience post MBA from premium colleges

- 2-3 year Associate level experience in big consulting firms esp AT Kearney, Accenture.
