Responsibilities : This role would be responsible for managing the Master class category for Vedantu Super Kids (VSK) - Develop, Schedule & Execute the Master classes for VSK - Drive Growth in VSK Course enrollments, Top line, NPS through Master class - Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams to achieve company objectives - teachers, Curriculum development, Tech & Merchandising, Central Team, Creatives Team. - Collaborate internally and externally to drive Visibility of master class across different channels. - Providing necessary support to teachers and other stakeholders in successful execution of masterclass. - Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings while Owning Metrics like Master classes conducted, Enrollments, Operational Efficiency etc. - Undertake Consumer & Market research and be an expert with driving improvements in customer experience and Product experience - Ability to understand the Master Class category and its requirements in depth that adds to value creation via. analyzing internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve VSK business with respect to researches on product, market, teacher management, data etc Desired candidate traits : - 2-5 years of Post MBA experience. Preferably in the ed-tech/ e-commerce/ domain as a program manager/ category manager OR - Masters Degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college with minimum 6 months of experience - B2C sales experience is mandatory - Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills - Strong in understanding consumer behavior and their needs - Experience of handling P&L
