Job Description - Training Program Manager Vedantu Training &amp; Development department is seeking a Training Program Manager who can manage various projects end-to-end in the training dept. Reporting to: DGM - Training &amp; Development Responsibilities : - Facilitate learning solutions in a virtual setting. Serve as a role model for excellent instructional facilitation and develop those capabilities in others - Conduct needs analysis to determine the skills and knowledge needed to develop Training plan for Teachers - Build and implement a mechanism to inventory, track, and follow up on actions and development progress/readiness and measure program success - Develop facilitator guides, participant guides, PowerPoint decks, and job aids to support the learning opportunities in collaboration with Instructional Designers - Provide mission critical updates as needed with little notice - Produce narratives and written reports that analyze and interpret program results and other findings - Assist with post-training gap analysis- and needs assessments through surveys, knowledge checks and focus groups to implement timely training feedback - Program Management- Build plans with clear objectives, milestones, stakeholders, and metrics. - Additional responsibilities as required Pre-requisites : - Learning professional who has the ability and initiative to understand the EduTech business needs, analyze issues and influence solutions/outcomes. - Team player who not only leverages his/her own team to respond effectively to a variety of training scenarios, but is able to work closely with cross functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on need - As a Program Manager, you will use a combination of outstanding leadership, thought clarity, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate. - This individual must be self-driven and have the capability and confidence to interface effectively with multiple stakeholders. - You will need to thrive and deliver results in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Qualifications : - Graduate (or) post graduate in HR/ Psychology/ Adult education with an overall work experience of 8 - 10 years - At least 5 years of leading L&amp;D, Process/ Product training - At least 3 years of Project Management experience with large, complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders - Experience working with fast-paced environments - A team player with a positive attitude - Excellent written and oral business communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and levels - Strong strategic skills with the ability to move from strategic to tactical - Proficiency in MS office applications
