Responsibilities :

- Monthly close of books

- Monthly Compliance Calendar for Direct & Indirect Taxes

- Team Management of 5-6

- Monthly TB Sanitization for Internal & Stat Audit

- Preparation of Monthly BS as per relevant AS applicable

- Managing day 2-day accounting operations

- Assist in monthly MIS & CF preparation

- ITR, TDS, GST Filling review & finalisation

- Process improvement & internal control system

- Preparation of Books as per IND AS

- Variance Analysis & Cost optimisation

- Assistance in FDD/LDD/TDD as required

- Assistance in ERP implementation

- Fintech & Wallet Reconciliation monthly basis

Desirable skillsets :

- CA with 3-6 years of experience post qualification

- Familiar with ERP implementation

- Should be focused on Automation of work

- Precious work experience in a VC funded startup and FDD/LDD processes;

- Familiarity with ESOP accounting and administration;

- Tightening internal controls in a business-friendly manner

- Have worked with Fintech partners

- Oriented towards cost efficiency and optimization;

- Proactive communicator and quick responses to emails/phone interactions
