Designation: Leadership Development Trainer
Function: HR - L&D
Reporting to: L&D Head
Purpose: The Leadership Trainer will be responsible for delivery of leading edge, transformative, research-based leadership programs. In this role, the Leadership Trainer will help drive the company values and philosophy through key training programs that are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
Location: Bangalore
Working Hours: Normally working Mon-Sat 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, 6 days a week
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee execution of all Training programs, including review and redesign of Leadership programs.
2. Partner with the Functional heads, HRBPs and other stakeholders to determine learning needs and address with appropriate learning interventions
3. Collaborate with the Leadership team to design highly effective training programs.
4. Create leadership programs and resources ranging from online resources to virtual workshops
5. Design, develop and deliver a management development program to build effective management skills
6. Run end-to-end program management of L&D programs based on learning strategies
7. Report progress and impact of training programs with the stakeholders
8. Build trust with leaders across the organization to foster a leader-influenced approach to learning and development.
9. Provide input to the Learning and Development Strategy and calendarize training plans
10. Drive brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities
Skills/Qualification:
Must Have :
1. 10-14 years of work experience in Corporate Training Delivery
2. Expertise and experience in delivering Leadership training programs across the organization.
3. Experience in planning, designing, developing and delivering learning and development programs
4. Excellent Facilitation skills; ability to engage audiences at all levels
5. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to conduct detailed analysis to derive the business outcomes
7. Practical experience with MS Office and E-learning tools
Should Have:
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Management/Psychology
2. In-depth knowledge of learning theories & instructional design models
3. Ability to perform a variety of tasks along with executing and trouble shooting through projects.
4. Excellent attention to details with the ability to develop relevant information and potential impacts.
5. Any certifications in Learning & Development will be a bonus
6. Knowledge of Ed-tech industry is a plus
