About the Role The I.I.R (Intrapreneur in Residence) will be a part of the New Initiatives team which primarily works on driving 0 to 1 projects. The nature of the work will be cross-functional with elements of Experiment Design, Product Management, Research, Project Planning, and End to End Execution. If bringing an idea to life & building solutions at scale excite you, then this is for you! Responsibilities: - Core responsibilities include ideation of MVP, project design, mobilization of a cross-functional team to deliver the task at hand, defining metrics to be moved due to the initiative, leading the execution, and continuous monitoring of project progress. - Resolve blockers in executing the project with cross-functional teams - Carry out appropriate research/prototyping to determine industry and consumer trends. - Analyze data or insights on project metrics & it's business case Requirements : - 2-5 years of experience preferably in similar roles and a minimum of 1 yr in high-growth start-ups. - High aptitude and hunger to work on the unknowns and solve problems. - Experience in driving high-impact projects and programs at scale. - Strong planning & execution skills with multi-disciplinary knowledge or experience. - Analytical mind - data-based approach to decision making. - Excellent communication and people skills.
