Vedantu - Intrapreneur In Residence - Product Management

The I.I.R (Intrapreneur in Residence) - Product, will be a part of the New Initiatives team (Innovations pod) which primarily works on driving 0 to 1 projects. The nature of the work will be cross-functional with elements of Research, Experiment Design, Project Planning, Product Management and End to End Execution. Responsibilities:

1. User Research

2. Ideation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

3. Wire-framing and documenting user stories

4. Finalising the Designs and Prototype

5. QA/UAT of the MVP

6. Designing the experiment and defining the success metrics.

7. Identification and resolution of blockers in executing the project with cross-functional teams

8. Analyze data to understand the product performance and Improvise based on feedback

9. Create and present a business case for the product.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of core product management experience preferably in high growth start-ups

2. Excellent problem solving & analytical skills

3. Strong planning & execution skills with multi-disciplinary knowledge

4. Excellent communication and people skills.
