Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Operations Management: Develop, design, and own the processes for end-to-end partnerships operations for the business function. Develop & execute consumer journeys to ensure high conversion & retention rates.
2. Stakeholders Management: Coordinate with internal functions aggressively to ensure that the Partnership Campaign is executed and all stakeholders are aligned. Onboard partners, work with product to drive integration, work with marketing to drive adoption.
3. Outreach & Account Management- Identify new opportunities and maintain fruitfully relationships with existing Partners for Feedback with Consistent engagement with data reporting (ie: campaign recaps, monthly reports).
4. Data Management: Manages the Partner report, document repository including contracts, templates, presentations and SOP.
5. Innovation & Research - Competition mapping. Research on trends and new opportunities to give a competitive advantage.
Skills And Experience
- (1-2 ) yrs Experience in Operations / Account Management, Partnership, Growth in the Startup education sector, education technology, or Managing Partner The network will be preferred.
- Analytical Skills with competency in MS- Excel, Google Sheets, and any other IT tools- tableau, Un-bounce, Google Analytics.
- Familiarity and understanding of current digital advertising offerings and products.
