Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving performance marketing strategies on User Acquisition and Remarketing across M-Web & Web platforms
- Leading Google Ads (Display & Video, Search), Facebook, DV360, Affiliates & Other Channels in terms of planning, execution and optimizations
- Owning new digital initiatives and hacks for better campaign optimization
- Leading planning and delivery of performance marketing budgets to achieve healthy CACs & LTVs by optimizing on creatives, targeting, and new channels
- Building precise creative briefs for Design & Copy teams to deliver creatives
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and conduct in-depth analysis
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spends and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Create an approach of building a pipeline of multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Align and Collaborating with multiple internal teams and stakeholders to meet KPIs
- Should be able to build agile capabilities in the digital marketing portfolio to be able to meet dynamic business needs
- Drive Marketing-Tech requirements in coordination with the Tech-Product team and work closely with them to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Experience in doing market research and competitive analysis from ground level
- Responsible for the complete funnel analysis and user behavior insights on the platform and optimize the campaigns on basis of the data driven approach
Key skills:
- 2-4 years of hands on experience on Google and FB Ads manager and marketing on other channels including affiliates
- In-depth knowledge in handling web tracking tools like - GTM, Google Analytics etc.
- A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgement.
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Must have experience in planning budgets, executing campaigns and reporting numbers
- Have handled budget of at least 25 crore per annum
- High bias for action, ability to think laterally & innovate
- Preferred - AdWords Certified
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in running digital marketing campaigns for tech-first organizations
- Undergrad degree from a tier-1 institute. Having a master's degree is an added plus.
