Art Lead
Responsibilities :
- Ideate and design compelling creatives for all digital platform
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling social media designs relevant for different audiences and platforms and current social media trends.
- Create high frequency unique and engaging content
- Distill requirements and create storyboards for different internal stakeholders (marketing, growth, brand teams)
- Define and measure key performance indicators for effectiveness
- Stitch together a good story that consumers can easily understand, especially for LinkedIn and Twitter
- Own and Manage the creative process from concept to completion for all visual design requirements
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges across online and offline marketing campaigns
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies by researching and formulating visual storytelling techniques for each project
- Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all social media collateral
- Ensure visual communication objectives and brand standards are met
- Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
- Interact with external creative and design agencies
Desired Skillsets :
- Graduation in Design, or Visual Communication mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and creative field
- Should have experience working in Social media or designing advertisement
- Minimum 3 years experience in heading a team of designers
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think creatively and out of the box
- Expert in digital design.
- Extensive exposure in design for digital and social media.
- Efficient in managing projects and ensuring deliverables
- Knowledge of brand and design guidelines
