Job description

Goal - Vice President of Sales & Marketing will increase awareness about the brand across multiple channels and at the same time increase the top line through innovative strategies and strategic alliances

1. Lead and inspire a team (including yourself) to achieve and exceed company and individual targets

2. Liaise with management and operating departments to ensure we live up to the service promise to our guests

3. Lead a team via proactive action, coaching and counseling and disciplinary action when required

4. Participate in the creation of annual budgets and marketing plans

5. Responsible for top-line revenue performance all units

6. Key role in solicitation of acquisition business segments to fulfill revenue goals

7. Deliver excellence in customer service as well as exploring opportunities for growth within the business

8. Champion our core values by adopting an open and consultative style of leadership and peer communication to provide a role model for all staff that inspires employees to make a positive contribution to the business

9. Maximize individual potential through a positive commitment to training, development and succession planning at all levels, in order to meet current and future manpower demands as well as addressing business issues

10. Ambassador and protector of the brand. Keeper of the brand and the company culture is carried at all levels of the company
