Vedanta Wake Up! - Manager - Social Media

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) :

- Develop and Manage the brand's presence in the social media space

- Key social media handles that need to be managed - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blogs

- Secondary social media handles - Youtube, Pintrest etc.

- Create and execute a social media marketing calendar across all our handles

- Liase with Creative agency to create ad or promotional campaigns and target these campaigns to prospective & existing customers so as to positively impact sales

- Manage all published content (images, videos, written pieces) by partnering with the creative agency or the content agency

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in in this space while cultivating leads and sales.

- Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.

- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.

- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.

- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results

Qualifications & Skills :

- A Bachelor degree is required.

- 2+ years relevant experience with either a digital agency, advertising agency or brand in B2C

- Category Experience in hospitality, service (any kind), F&B preferred.

- Creative bent of mind a bonus.

- Good communication skills and ability to work with teams

- Good analytical skills with ability to respond to changes in the social media space or the needs of the brand

- Youthful energy that fits well in a fast-paced environment
