- To Generate the sales for Residential Apartments.
- To identify appropriate resources and channels to achieve the target.
- Develop product mix to achieve sales.
- To develop & maintain direct relationship with the clients to conduct regular sales meetings.
- Possess, Identifying and networking abilities with reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach;
- Generate business for the organization. This includes,building up and maintaining a target list of potential clients, pitching to potential new clients.
- Handle & Generate Broker Network.
- Making presentations & pitches to the corporate clients;
- Adept at exploring business potential, opportunities as well as client to secure profitable business volumes;
- Effective and committed involvement in various promotional activities organized both at self-level as well as organizational level.
- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- To contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project.
- To participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project.
- Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project.
- Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
- Generating sales from various traditional & non-traditional BTL activities.
