An upcoming hospital at Naya Raipur is looking for a HR manager to join their expanding team. HR Manager will report to the Head of HR and will be responsible in supporting entire gamut of HR operations of both on roll and off role employees.

Recruitment & Onboarding :

1. Work with departments to identify gaps in their staffing pattern and propose gaps in actual vs. required manpower.

2. Plan, develop and design a strong sourcing plan for our operations across VMRF

3. Identifying candidates from a range of appropriate sources including an internal talent bank, referrals, on/off-line advertising, on/off-line networking, recruitment database and 3rd party suppliers

4. Hire mission-critical resources such as - Nurses, Doctors, Technicians and other Para Medical Staff- .

5. Ensure sufficient talent bank of Nursing and Technical staff are available to facilitate immediate replacements (if required)

6. Support Head HR in hiring support staff/functional head etc.

7. Complete the BV process in line with Corporate and VMRF policy for all position.

8. Ensure smooth onboarding of new recruits

Learning and Development :

1. Work with the cross-functional teams to ensure CME is delivered and updated as per the requirement from the regulatory authorities.

2. Work with the Group L&D team to ensuring ongoing development of employees

3. Publish annual L&D colander and arrange training and monitor training data, provide feedback.

Payroll, record management or any other HR operations aspect :

1. 1Ensure HR reports are completed and updated

2. Ensure the HR records are maintained and updated regularly in SAP HCM.

3. Report and publish HR dashboard reports - headcount, leave/attendance, exit, etc.

4. Act as Point of contact to all employees for issues and concerns related to Medical Insurance Benefits

5. Mobilization and induction of new employees. Would act as the SPOC for all onboarding activities

6. Efficient Payroll coordination

Performance Management & Employee Engagement :

1. Support Head HR and functional heads to define KPI's and other performance indicators for performance tracking.

2. Support Head HR and functional heads to define an appropriate performance management system for VMRF.

3. Effective implementation of the performance management process and development and/or implementation of a system to support it

4. Assist in the coordination of annual talent review process

5. Management of employee relations and the disciplinary and grievance process

6. Leading specific talent initiatives which may include talent reviews, employee value proposition, on-boarding, executive coaching and assessment, diversity, High Potential program etc.

7. Suggest appropriate promotions and transfers

8. Addressing Performance issues

9. Advice department heads on HR issues and local laws.

10. Manage Terminations and resignations effectively

11. Staff welfare and counseling, conflict resolution

12. Organizing staff events.

Key selection criteria are as follows:

- Must have scored 60% and above in all examinations starting Xth standard

- Must have cleared all exams on the first attempt

- Should not have any gaps in education or career
