Designation: External Consultant Role: Contractual Role Duration: 11 months Mandatory Requirements : 1. 2-4 years of experience in management consulting ; Ex BAIN, MC kisney, Accenture, Wipro, Deloitte, KPMG, EYP, PWC etc. 2. MBA grad ; Tier 1-2 Institute (India/Global colleges) 3. High interpersonal & business communication skills as daily interactions will be with Senior Business 4. High problem solving & data analysis skills 5. Well-versed with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 6. Ability to work in a highly stressed environment Responsibilities : - Develop the strategy - Define key milestones and develop detailed plans - Lead the program management of the integration the of entity ; proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues, identifying risks, initiating appropriate corrective action and ensuring effective governance - Assess and validate synergy assumptions. Work with functional (business and support) owners to identify and execute initiatives to drive synergies - Finalize process for monitoring, tracking and reporting standalone, synergies and KPIs for portfolio companies
