Responsibilities :
- Develop the Pricing strategy and support for the integrated gas company
- Define key milestones and develop detailed plans
- Proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues, identifying risks, initiating appropriate corrective action and ensuring effective governance
- Work with functional (business and support) owners to identify and execute initiatives to drive synergies
- Finalize process for monitoring, tracking and reporting standalone, synergies and KPIs for portfolio companies
