Job description: We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company's leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company's objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. 2. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans. 3. Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances. 4. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. 5. Manage the preparation of the company's budget. 6. Coordinate with the Accountant for daily Accounts and Finance tasks and responsibilities. 7. Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory. 2. Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/CA is required. 3. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles 4. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations 5. 4-7 years of work experience in Similar Role is required. 6. Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. 7. Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software packages. 8. Solid working knowledge of MIS.
