Job opening for Senior Manager - Tender & Bidding having Experience in Tendering and Bidding Government/PSU Sector based at Mumbai (Mulund)

Job Description :

- Searching Tenders from the Departments sites, Tenders related sites

- Download Tender Notice & Tender Documents from the Site.

- Purchase Tender Documents from the Department sites

- Study the Tender documents & prepare Tender Documents

- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation

- Preparing Formats/Forms/Annexure Bid Capacity as per given in the Tender creating Documents i.e. Technical Bid as per Client (department) requirement

- E- Tendering Procedure From Purchase to Submit prepared documents

- Online Auction Bidding

- Preparing BOQ in excel sheet

- Prepare Vendor Registration with relevant documents

- Preparing Quotation.

- Digital Signature Certificate Registration & Renewal

- Must have thorough knowledge of reverse option.

- Contract understanding.

Qualification : Any Graduate.

Desired Profile :

- 10 + years of Experience in Bid management and tender preparation in Government/PSU sector

- Deep understanding of Techno-commercial aspects of a bid

- System and process oriented

- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner

- Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through

- Excellent communication skills
