Salary offered - 20-25 LPA We have an Urgent Opening for Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Role: Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Department: Finance and Accounts Experience: 20 to 25 Years Location : Mulund, Mumbai Functional Area : Accounts &amp; Finance CTC Offered : Best in Industry Desired Experience : CA(Final)/ Certified Chartered Accountant OR Equivalent Job Profile: - Finance role to front-end Accounting, - Finalization, multiple audits (including but not limited to risk, internal, statutory, concurrent, due-diligence, regulator, authorities) in a regulated environment, - As a key member of the Senior Leadership, you will report to the CEO &amp; the Founder and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. - The role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all Financial/ Accounting related activities of the company. - This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, financial analysis and financial control. - Managing the Credit rating and the Gross NPA % as per the guidance of the board - Managing financial controls and accounting procedures with the help of Finance Manager, this function provides seamless functional support to the business. Building and maintaining a highly motivated team - Developing and leveraging relationships with regulators, credit agencies and other financial institutions - Execute the financial strategy of the company - Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans - Collaborate with Internal Audit team to identify risks and create risk management frameworks specific to the plant &amp; ensure implementation - Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure correct internal controls, make financial processes more efficient or effective and/or reduce cycle time. - Ensure the team is timely updated on regulatory and statutory changes. - Responsible for training and building up a talented financial organization. - Assess the performance of direct reports and provide them with developmental feedback and support. - Ensures that TDS Payments / Returns, Service Tax Credits / Returns, VAT Returns etc. - Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, monthly accounts closing, statutory audit etc. - P&amp;L A/c, Budget v/s actual etc. of the Plant Finance. - Cash flow forecast, payments to vendors, employees and statutory dues etc. Desired Profile: CA(Final)/ Certified Chartered Accountant having experience in similar capacity preferably from industrial service sector (Engineering/Projects, Manufacturing/Industrial, Projects/Infrastructure/Power/Energy / Oil &amp; gas / Hydro Carbon) Company Website : http://vcsquality.com/ Salary offered - 20-25 LPA
