VCCircle - Senior Manager - Brand Solutions (10-14 yrs)
- Developing and delivering programs designed around your specific business goals using a foundation of research, marketing, events and digital assets along with and insights across domain, geographies, and industries as well as expertise across practice areas.
- Build successful business solutions: Develop relevant, impactful marketing messages and campaigns to engage your audience, Support sales throughout the customer buying cycle, Measure all aspects of business, and provide solutions via insights into brand, product and customers
- This role needs a balance of very strong marketing creativity and commercial acumen. It will be required to understand the challenges facing a brand and recommend effective solutions for the same within the resources indicated.
- Innovate strategies for product integration and provide 360 degree solution for the clients.
- Drive ideation across all relevant businesses (events, content, ad sales and subscription).
- Deepen engagement at every touch point of brand on social, mobile, and multi-channel assets. Integrated Marketing experts collaborate with you to build and deliver messaging, assets, tactics, and marketing execution that support project goals.
- Drive content and research driven thought leadership. Provide leading edge content that elevates brand and associates company with market trends - resulting in coverage, market awareness, and client dialogue.
- As part of the solutions, complete ownership of custom events offer on demand opportunities for businesses and decision makers to drive audience, agenda, speakers and pre and post events assets as per industry standards and solutions.
- Managing the client's expectations by ensuring they are always kept in the loop in terms of work in progress, recognizing issues early and pre-empting them
- Create complete offerings/solution proposal for the brand including rollout plan, budgets, logistics etc, and secure approval basis suggested changes, if any
- Ensure the continuous progression of work by building strong relationship with all core disciplines - production, planning and activation.
- Lead the research and interpretation of the needs of both potential and current customers as well as those who have potential for growth. Keep informed of industry news and legislation, as well as competitor activity. Identify market and competitive trends and react to opportunities and threats appropriately.
- Aims to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.
- To prepare Sales presentations & present the idea to the Client / agency along with sales team as when required
- Ensuring that the client always feels like part of the team, and fostering an environment that ensures they feel a real sense of ownership of the creative work.
