Narrative :

The customer portfolios will be C Suites executives, Investor, VC community, Corporates. As part of the role the incumbent will work towards nurturing accounts & offer solutions in form of value to customers. Our offerings could range from Events, Training's, Data products & services, online solutions, content solutions & more.

Short Brief about the Role:

- Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of the account and present relevant solutions.

- Lead, negotiate and close multi-layered solution based deals.

- Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.

- Knowledge of the digital marketing and media ecosystem.

- Strategic accounts business - nurture and grow existing large accounts.

- Large Account mapping and penetration using interpersonal and communication skills.

- Communicate effectively and develop relationships at various levels with senior management in different departments/business verticals within the account.

- Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and thorough understanding of the customer's business, organization, strategy and financial position.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer's industry, including trends, business processes, financial measurements and performance indicators, and key competitors.

- Able to clearly express complex ideas, both in writing and verbally, to any audience.

- General awareness of business/technology/investments and start-up ecosystem in the country.

- Strong commercial drive to achieve and exceed given targets.

- 6-15 years experience, some of which should be in solution selling to large/enterprise accounts.

- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

- Develop positive relationships with clients.

- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.

- Attending client meetings & delivering sales presentations to customers.

- Ensure sales increase.
