This role is responsible for ensuring that sellers are enabled to work on our b2b platform in terms of understanding its policies and key processes.

Key responsibilities :

- Background in field sales is mandatory individual will have to be kind who enjoys being on the field and convincing sellers to go online with our portal. The role would require extensive travel in the city or nearby region

- Will be accountable for new sellers added/day - will be strict sales oriented role wherein the candidate has to be keep thinking about he can achieve the daily numbers.

- Work with category teams closely in deciding whether or not a particular seller has to be onboarded onto the platform. Design an objective framework for such evaluation ensure that there is no conflict of interest

- Once the seller has been on-boarded ensure that the seller is equipped to work on portal.

This involves :

- Making seller conversant with the policies of the platform

- Making sellers conversant with tools of portal - both the app and the Seller Console

- Check for his physical enablement to process orders eg fulfillment processes

- Financial enablement

- Handhold him through the first few transactions on portal

- Enable sellers moving to new processes - eg. Managed Fulfillment

- Work with product teams to streamline the onboarding process

- Develop the right content and model of engagement for various types of sellers - e.g. small seller, big seller, medium seller

- Develop an objective framework for measuring the success of enablement.

- Continuously measure the effectiveness of evaluation

- Capture feedback the sellers around various processes and work with product teams in improving features - both on enablement and core processes.

Must haves :

- Min work experience of 2-3 years from b2b industry eg Indiamart/Justdial or OLX.

- Must have worked for sugar/ pharma category

- Post graduate is mandatory.

Soft Skills :

- High energy

- Never give up attitude

- Target focused

- Basic proficiency in MS applications eg Microsoft excel / word/ powerpoint
