Here is the JD :
- Co-ordinate with sales team, finance, logistics & regulatory to drive the Budget and 3 Yr Strategy Plan for Agri Inputs Division
- Assist the Business Unit Head with required MIS and other inputs required to take business decisions
- Develop the presentation deck for the monthly Business Review Meetings
- Drive the sales performance module which includes tools like Flash reports, Rapid Recognition Awards and Annual Sales championship
- Establish checks and periodically monitor various metrics key to healthy functioning of the division
- Set up structure for monthly reports along with other relevant data
- Lead the business development front in pursuing profit making or cost avoiding areas
- Develop field marketing structure essential to execute the marketing plan
- Developing and aligning marketing plan for the focus products
- Design, procure and distribute promotional marketing material to support the sales team
- Organize field campaigns in coordination with Regional Managers on field to promote our focus products in the market
- Work closely with sales team on trade marketing to strengthen our customer base
- Develop strong vendor base to source marketing material at optimum cost
- Identify Zones in coordination with Regional Managers where product reach is low and market size is high; and establish Agri Centers [WAC] to cover the gaps
- Design and implement SOPs required for smooth operations of WAC
