Varun Beverages Ltd. under the umbrella of RJ Corp has been associated with PepsiCo since the early 1990s and have over two and half decades consolidated our business association with PepsiCo, increasing the number of PepsiCo licensed territories and sub-territories covered by us, producing and distributing a wider range of PepsiCo beverages, introducing various SKUs in our portfolio, and expanding our distribution network. As of May 2018, we have been granted franchises for various PepsiCo products spread across 22 States and two Union Territories in India.

Primary Roles & Accountabilities

Key Deliverables:


- Support functional managers in getting the right candidates for different roles in the Company


- Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates


- Negotiate salary fixation as per the recruitment policy of the organization


- Liaise with hiring managers and drive the internal talent capacity building process for roles across the organization


- Prepare the TAT of staffing across different positions


- Calling to candidates to judge their profiles and finalizing schedules for interview


- Following up candidates for interview process


- Ensure smooth on-boarding of selected candidates

Skill/Attributes/Work Experience: Requisite skills:


- Experience in leadership hiring


- Strong negotiation skills


- Having experience in data analytics


Requisite Experience:


- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition function


- Experience of handling job portals to attract aspiring candidates
