Overall Purpose: Head &amp; Manage end to end HR activities like talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, training &amp; development, compensation management &amp; employee relation, grievance handling &amp; Statutory compliances at plant level. KRAs: - Alignment of HR practices to business priorities of the unit, Performance Management &amp; Culture, Capability Development, Employee Engagement, talent management, Statutory Compliances, Employee Relation, union management, public relation. - The task was to bring the consistency in operation with strategic approach on people and surrounding community which I could successfully executed and established free ER culture in the unit. - Responsible for driving &amp; promoting Learning and development culture for Managerial Staff and shop floor employees - Responsible for creating and driving high performance culture in the site for all employee including bargainable employee. Coach People Managers on people matters and to promote performance culture, mindset of diversity and improve employee engagement and promote high performance culture. - Employee Engagement &amp; Culture Building - Responsible and driving cultural integration program through various HR Processes for both the unit (old /New), Designed and implemented structured engagement plan ( Business Link, cultural link, personal Development link and communication link engagement initiatives ) for site and all other four manufacturing site of the deco business. Responsible for driving Gallup Engagement survey, action planning, and closure of the actions in co-ordination with people managers. - Employee Relation- Responsible for driving smooth employee relations, union management, grievance resolution, signing &amp; execution of LTS, driving productivity improvement initiatives, progressive disciplinary action. - Statutory compliance- - Contract labor Management - Responsible for contractor and its labor management in terms of deployment, its access control, statutory compliances and Rotation plan - Talent Acquisition Qualification: MBA with 8 - 15 years of experience Location: Multiple Location
