Varun Beverages Ltd. under the umbrella of RJ Corp has been associated with PepsiCo since the early 1990s and have over two and half decades consolidated our business association with PepsiCo, increasing the number of PepsiCo licensed territories and sub-territories covered by us, producing and distributing a wider range of PepsiCo beverages, introducing various SKUs in our portfolio, and expanding our distribution network. As of December 31, 2017 we have been granted franchises for various PepsiCo products spread across 19 States and two Union Territories in India. Our share of PepsiCo beverages volume sales increased from 26.46% in Fiscal 2011 to 44.12% in Fiscal 2015, computed on basis of our sales volume and Euromonitor Report data on PepsiCo sales volumes in India. Although, India is our largest market, we have also been granted the franchise for various PepsiCo products for the territories of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Mozambique and Zambia. In addition, we intend to establish a greenfield facility in Zimbabwe in anticipation of franchise rights being granted by PepsiCo for such territory. We are looking for a Plant Head with following roles and responsibilities: - Must be able to tackle complex problems and create clear system for solving them with and through others. - Manages the development resources through training and feedbacks. - Maintain the consistency in the performance Plant. - Achieve Budgeted AOP Volume with optimum utilisation of resource by increasing efficiency and productivity whilst reducing costs and inefficiencies. - Deliver the Quality Product as per the budgeted conversion cost by the focused on developing programmes that deliver efficiencies and playing a leading role in the development and implementation of robust operational processes. - Developing and supporting a cross functional culture for continuous improvement. - Directing various business departments and coordinating to ensure the smooth running of the Plant. - Responsible for achieving all Key performance Index targets, meeting all legal aspects. Generating enthusiasm and excitement, modelling exceptional work behaviour, creatively rewarding successes, providing help and resources to team members. - Ensure production and availability of volumes of all SKUs in line with planning and demand with zero failure. - Guide and lead team for synergy to maintain harmonious industrial relations. - Lead and guide the team to make sure a safe and healthy environment towards culture building. - Lead and guide the team to make sure the all legal and statuary compliances as per the applicable laws in Srilanka. - Maintain good Coordination with external government agencies for smooth functioning of business. Excellent Leadership skills - Excellent in deciding and initiating actions - Strong planning and problem solving skills - Delivering results and meeting customer expectations - Applying expertise and technology - Creating and Innovating - Formulating strategies and concepts - Adapting and responding to change - Coping with pressure and setbacks - Strong working with people and analyzing - B.Tech/Post Graduation - 20-25 years experience in different functions of FMCG. - Technical Competencies : (Job related) - Good understanding of FMCG Industry. - Good Command in English and Srilankan Local language ( Sinhalese/Tamil) both written & verbal - Good at Microsoft office operation.
