The incumbent shall act as a business Partner HR for sales (field) employees and manage end to end HR processes and employee relations. He / She will act as a single point of contact for the sales manpower. Primary Roles &amp; Accountabilities Recruitment and On-Boarding -Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment of sales manpower as per company policy. - Manage the on-boarding and induction for the new joiners. Training and Development - Implement and track the communication framework for sales. - Support in implementing various training initiatives as required. - Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and working to address them. - Driving HR Process trainings for the field force Talent management and Performance Management - Conducting internally developed assessment centers. - Coordinating for the annual performance appraisal process and preparing the first cut of the regional appraisal sheet. Business Review Meetings: - Attend Sales and cycle review meetings. - Provide the HR consulting and inputs as required. Exit Management : - Conduct exit interviews for all employees - Maintain and analyze exit interview data MIS and Reporting Data Management: - Overseeing confirmations/transfers/relieving processes - Create and manage various data reports / dashboards for the field force. Employee Engagement: - Responsible for designing local level employee engagement initiatives and rolling them out. - Regularly visiting various sales offices in the regions and interact with the employees. - Rolling out major employee engagement activities driven by corporate HR. Query and Grievance Management: - Responsible for managing employee related queries and their resolution. - Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies. - Handling of employee grievances and taking proactive steps to ensure local level resolution of grievances. - Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations. Payroll Management: - Ensuring the timely preparation of monthly attendance sheet of on roll employees and providing the same to the corporate office for salary processing. - Ensuring timely disbursement of salary to the off role employees through vendor.
