Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Lead a team of Marketing managers of units under respective cluster to achieve the organizational goal on visibility of different lead brands
2) Competition mapping of visibility, share, and new product launches
3) Plan & Manage marketing budgets within the approved parameters to assist in delivery of company's targets.
4) Visibility & trade Promotion in stipulated allocation and criteria.
5) Keep a track on head / subheads wise spend v/s budgets by unit or city.
6) Provide Support to the unit teams through coordination with suppliers for timely on field execution of all signage drives related to either visibility or promotion in the market place.
7) Develop quality signage vendors across all units and ensure adherence of standards across all units through constant vendor development and back- checks.
8) Market work withs, training & development of Frontline Sales Force/ Marketing Executive for better execution.
9) Monthly FMO Tracking and Achievement for Sales Development
10) Handling visibility initiatives in TT and well as OT
