Job Purpose
The incumbent shall be responsible to drive the Business Development related initiatives in the assigned area & maximize the growth in channel and Manage Operational Issues.
Primary Roles & Accountabilities :
- Managing Primary and Secondary supplies.
- Building relation with channel/Customer across the hierarchy.
- Creating opportunity and channels for business development to grow volumes.
- Manage and Coordinate the Modern trade + OP + PMX business with the support of CE's and PSRs
- Making a track of OT Volume on monthly basis v/s YAGO.
- Growing the existing business horizontally and vertically.
- Training & Development of CEs/ PSR's for better relation and business development.
- Handling Client reconciliation and operation issues at city or unit level.
- Managing/Planning activation in OP account using contracted advertising and marketing budgets
- Tracking Universe and Channel Profitability on Monthly Basis.
Qualification and Work experience:
Post-Graduation : Regular MBA from premier B-School with specialization in Business Development
Graduation : Any regular graduate.
