As of March 31, 2016, we have been granted franchises for various PepsiCo products spread across 17 States and two Union Territories in India. Our share of PepsiCo beverages volume sales increased from 26.46% in Fiscal 2011 to 44.12% in Fiscal 2015, computed on basis of our sales volume and Euromonitor Report data on PepsiCo sales volumes in India. Although, India is our largest market, we have also been granted the franchise for various PepsiCo products for the territories of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Mozambique and Zambia. In addition, we intend to establish a greenfield facility in Zimbabwe in anticipation of franchise rights being granted by PepsiCo for such territory. 1. Managing Financial Planning, Budgeting &amp; Forecasting of the unit. 2. Ensuring Financial Controls are in place, Monitoring financial performance of the unit. 3. Providing timely and accurate analysis of Budgets &amp; Financial reports to the senior management at Head Office. 4. Responsible for Statutory / Taxation / Legal Audits of the unit. 5. Liasioning with Govt officials of the country 6. Manpower Planning, Management, Performance Management, Coaching &amp; Mentoring to the team will also be a key responsibility. Skill set required : 1. Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial / Taxation / Secretarial and Liasioning. 2. General Management experience is essential in managing the entire portfolio. 3. Good Inter-personal skills including People Management Skills &amp; Leadership Skills. 4. Experience &amp; Exposure of International assignments is desirable for the profile.
