About the team: As a part of the Analytics & Engineering Team, you will have a great chance to work with the best in the industry in building customized tools and pipelines from scratch. The Analytics team is responsible for providing data driven business strategies to high profile political clients for elections, campaigns and governance. What would this role entail ? - Managing complex databases, including creation, updates, and deletion. - Working with cross functional teams to Produce Reports by understanding business objectives. - Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements. - Ensuring Data Integrity and Quality. - Designing, Daily Tracking & Monitoring of reports and dashboards. Necessary skills - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science. - Advanced skills in Excel including VBA and Macros. - Work experience with at least 1 Data Visualization Tool preferably Tableau, Power BI. - Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field. - Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. - Basic experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases. - Experience in structuring , cleaning and analyzing survey responses. - Good written and verbal communication skills. Good to have skills : - Experience working with statistical models. - Knowledge of any scripting language, preferably Python.
