Vantage IQ - Senior Manager - HR Business Partner & Employee Engagement (7-10 yrs)
Primary Job responsibilities :
- Spearhead employee engagement, HR automation, and End to end employee life cycle management
- Analyze HR processes and streamline systems, focused on improving processes, and promote reliability, increase simplicity and enable scalable growth
- Steer initiatives in mentoring and coaching the Business Partners pertaining to the HR related policies & procedures
- Implement HR strategy (as per organizational vision and mission) to meet short, medium & long-term HR and People related challenges emanating of business growth
- Support business goals with an HR Framework around the key elements of attracting, retaining, and building teams to take the org from 500 people company to 1500 people company
- Deliver strategic guidance to the Managers related to people initiatives such as -
a) Goal setting, career discussions, employee movement, performance management and,
b) Management of difficult situations, marginal performers, the span of control, and so on
- Ensure smooth on-board of new talent, structure induction programs, buddy programs, reference networks, people engagement on a one-to-one level, succession plan, etc
- Work towards enhancing the new joiner connection with the teams through continuous engagements
- Scrutinize the annual business plans & support the Head-HR for development of organizational structures
- Direct the execution of the Continuous Feedback Mechanism & redefinition of the KRAs to transform the PMS processes
- Emerge as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant by proactively addressing and monitor employee relations issue
- Develop comprehensive performance management & compensation framework; manage appraisal process across the levels linked to reward and recognition management and career growth across the region
- Execute action plans of the Employee Survey for Leaders & Individual Managers in collaboration with Business & Functional Heads
- Lead employee engagement initiatives (conduct town halls), and facilitate continuous improvement at Circle, conduct employee counsel and establish the employee connect
- Implement and drive the HR automation initiative
Talent Acquisition :
- Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions
- Conducting interviews for senior management roles
- Driving the Campus hiring process
- Working with TA Vendors for smooth co-ordination and success
Preference and Experience :
- Experience in handling similar roles in the service/fintech industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to a well-funded start-up, fintech, and product environment shall be an advantage.
Academic qualifications :
- MBA HR (Full Time) from Tier I/II institute is mandatory
