Vantage IQ - Head - Operations & Colending - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (7-12 yrs)
We are assisting in the hiring process for one of our Fintech clients which has large digital(small to mid tickets) lending operations in India with operational teams in Pune.
- Responsible for handling the day-to-day BAU activities of Digital Lending Operations.
- Responsible to manage Colending Operations which includes disbursements, risk management (FLDG operations), Revenue management (interest, pf, charges - share), and reconciliations.
- Responsible to coordinate collections management - Payment channel Recon, Repayment management- UPI, NACH, audit, etc.
- Manage mid to large-size teams to drive the Onboarding and Critical Reporting to the Senior Management team.
- Ability to make operations excellence the USP of the organization (lowest TAT, highest FTR (First Time Right), six sigma in quality, best productivity.
- Ensure that there is a strong understanding of the settlement Recon process and ensure a smooth Reconciliation and settlement process as per Timelines.
- Lead and work with Tech function to improve Automation and continuous process improvement.
- Processing & adherence to all SLAs at various stages of the operations to ensure seamless BAU.
- Hands-on experience in Driving Automation & System Enhancement projects.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
Other prerequisites :
- Graduation/Post Graduation preferably from tier-1 institutes
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Lending Operations(preferably in digital lending)
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent ability to communicate and present.
