Job Title/Designation:&nbsp;Credit Operations Manager Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities - Responsible for managing the overall Credit Operations of the company. - Setup and oversee the lending platform. - Work with CEO, Head of Product and the engineering team to launch new lending products - Develop, maintain and improve lending platform workflows, systems and processes to allow for scale-up. - Oversee and drive reconciliation of loan financial records, in coordination with the finance team. - Coordinate and analyse cash flow need for company lending activities. - Responsible for PDC/NACH replenishment to ensure regular repayment of EMI. - Manage loan disbursements and repayments in accordance with loan documents, SOP's and SLA's. - Responsible for tracking and collecting all Pre-Disbursed Documents.Ensuring operations are running in a streamlined fashion leading to best customer experience and enabling a motivating environment for team/staff-members. - Ensuring adherence to quality standards in the unit operations. - Build dashboards to manage, track, and report all KPIs related to loan operations. - Scale the loan operations team including hiring and training talent. Desired Candidate Profile:&nbsp; Education: Graduate/ MBA (preferred) Work-Experience: 5+ years of experience with Bank or NBFC and should be having a hands-on role at a consumer lending company (with any product such as personal loans, credit cards or other forms of consumer lending). Financial Understanding: Responsible for managing Lending process and resolving loan issues. Process Management: Experience in writing, refining and implementing loan administration policies from initial launch to scale. Should be able to create the process flow and ensure it is delivered in practice. Should have knowledge of Loan Documentation, Pre to Post Disbursement Activities, Filing of Loan KYC Documents, Cibil Updation, NACH Registration, Coordinating with Banks, and MIS Updation. Underwriting Management: Responsible for developing and managing underwriting process, based on risk policy defined by the Company. Should have experience in Interpretation of Credit Bureau Report and Analysis of Bank Statements and other relevant documents for income assessment. Collections: Experience collecting on delinquent loans and creating loan collections system that reduces bad debt and arrears. Organized: Should be organised and capable of managing multiple moving targets at the same time, while maintaining rigour and discipline on tests.
