Responsibilities: - Liaise between the NBFC and the external IT partner by way of understanding the NBFC system requirements and executing the same with IT partner. - Preparing BRD (Business Requirement Document) / Design Approach / Function Specific Document / Testing (UAT) by coordinating between NBFC and IT partner Must maintain regular trackers on the on-going and existing projects. - Must me able to work cross-functionally between various functional team for testing, go live and application support. - Maintaining regular trackers on the on-going and existing projects. Desired Candidate Profile & Qualifications: - Hands-on work-experience of 5+ years in implementing the Lending Systems for retail products. (Especially Unsecured loans, OD product, Personal Loans and Consumer Loans). - Must have an understanding on the Loan Life-Cycle to analyze the requirement of the system related product and process functionalities of the loan product. - Must have good team spirit and communication skills Good to Have skills: - Prior work-experience in 'core implementation' of Lending Systems for retail products (Especially Unsecured loans, OD product, Personal Loans and Consumer Loans) in a BFSI or Fintech company.
