Roles and responsibilities :
- Formulating the talent management and employee engagement strategy
- Identifying and executing the projects identified as a part of the formulated strategy
- Leading a team of 15-20 HR Business partners
- Guiding creation/ revision of existing policies
- Working on Learning & Development initiatives
- Coaching and mentoring first time managers
- Running Compensation and Benefits cycle
- Ensuring adherence to the E-SAT targets prescribed by the leadership
Preferred Qualification : MBA/PGDHRM from XLRI, MDI or SCMHRD [Batches 2014-16 | 2015-17]
