COMPANY DESCRIPTION  ValueLabs as an organization is reinventing its sales process to introduce AGILE sales. The sales team would be divided into multiple scrum teams which would cater to specific geographies in line with the organizational strategy. Each scrum team will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle for a specific zone and would consist of Sales Directors, India based and in-field sales personnel who would work along with a scrum master and report to a program head to achieve the sales targets as a team.  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  END TO END SALES  - Conduct market research and relay relevant market trends to respective stakeholders.  - Understand ValueLabs market propositions end to end.  - Align organizational propositions as per the zonal strategy.  - Qualify the prospects, in consultation with the scrum master.  - Create an approach strategy by aligning the right propositions to the identified target group.  - Generate leads and convert them into positives via calls, mails & meetings.  - Collaborate with technical SMEs, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Bid management teams for the creation of proposals.  - Collaborate with the requisite program managers to plan and execute Inspire (Sales events) & other marketing campaigns.  - Adhere to AGILE Scrum ways of working.   - Play an active role in sales enablement through learning and contribution of content.  TARGETS & ACCOUNTABILITY  - Handle end-to-end sales cycle.   - Achieve sales and financial targets set for the zone.  - Drive - old-new- sales through ideathon.  - Handle account escalations effectively.  - Ensure that all collections are completed as per the timelines defined by Finance.  - Adhere to timelines for all HR related processes.  COMPETENCIES  - Leadership skills.  - Effective communication.   - Stakeholder Management.  - Process orientation.   - Integrity.  - Winning mindset.  QUALIFICATION   - MBA/PGDM from premier institues.  - Experience: 2-8 years prior experience, preferably in IT sector.  - Should have a basic understanding of AGILE methodology.  - Should have good experience in selling services/products, preferably in IT sector.  - Having a valid business Visa for US/UK/ANZ will be an added advantage.  - Willingness to travel overseas on need base.
