For more details log on to www.valueadd-research.com ROLE SPECIFICATIONS : Position : Management Trainee Department : Capital Markets Research Location : Mumbai Reporting : Head of Research KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Client management : - Should scope out the research assignments/projects independently - Meet & surpass the client expectations - Incorporate client feedback promptly Delivery management : - Meet/surpass the delivery standard set by clients - Deliver variety of research assignments across M&A, Equity/Debt Capital Markets, and Advisory, including equity/credit modeling, company tearsheets, industry research, pitchbooks, peer comps, precedent transaction comps, M&A valuations, and news & impact analysis - Deliver and achieve 100% client satisfaction Marketing, business development, organization development support : - Support on collaterals and samples - Contribute towards marketing & thought leadership content Educational, experience, and skills requirements : - Post-graduate with specialization in Finance from a reputed institution - Preferably 1-3 years of prior experience in investment banking/equity/credit research - Need sound financial/cash flow modeling skills, good analytical writing skills, idea generation capability, and specialization in multiple industries is desirable - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Analytical, detail oriented, self-motivated - Hands-on experience on 3rd party databases is preferred Other skills requirement : - Strong team player - Strong professional ethics and business etiquette - Fast learner
