Value First - Enterprise Sales - Mobility/Loyalty Programs (3-10 yrs)
Key Skills required:
- Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, ERP Sales, CRM Sales, Loyalty programs, Solution Sales, Customised solution sales, software sales. Should have dealt in FMCG/Pharma/Retail/Banking industry.
- Post-graduate (MBA) or equivalent from a college of repute.
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong analytical, networking and financial management skills
- Established contacts and relationships with potential customers
- Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment
- Only presales experience is not desired
Key Responsibilities :
Products- Enterprise Applications, loyalty programs, Staff augmentation tool, etc.
- Responsible for end to end Business Cycle Management, right from Lead Generation to Contract signing
- Responsible for selling Enterprise Mobile Application Solutions and Loyalty Management Solutions
- Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals
- Responsible for relationship building, account management and mining of new clients
- Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in timely, reliable, and consistent basis
- Close interaction with the Presales and the Operations teams to ensure delivery of technical proposals/ solutions as per agreed timelines
- Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities
