Valuations Control Role - RMBS/CMBS - Investment Bank

We are looking to hire someone in valuations team who can perform below role:

- Perform analysis & review of Independent Price Verification (IPV) results and reserve calculations for complex structured products such as US Agency RMBS, Passthrough securities, Agency CMOs, Treasuries

- Interact with multiple stakeholders globally to source IPV numbers. Analyze and challenge the underlying numbers. Communicate the results with the senior stakeholders

- Understand and assess the impact of various regulatory changes on the IPV process and designing processes for new reporting requirements.

- On short notice and with minimum handholding, start delivering on ad-hoc projects which are invariably complex in nature, involve frequent co-ordination with multiple stakeholders and require higher level of technical prowess.

- Review and challenge existing valuation techniques and proactively implement enhancements which preclude any significant error in future

- Work with the Valuation Methodology team to perform ongoing reviews of valuation techniques to adapt to changing market conditions.

- Work closely with other control groups and front office
