Valuation Role - Big4

Role and Responsibility: 

1) Execute valuation engagements using income and market approach.

2) Analyze business plan of valuation subjects to identify information gaps.

3) Assist project lead in finalizing information request lists.

4) Perform financial and operational bench-marking.

5) Structure and write majority sections of valuation reports and memos, including business overview, industry overview and valuation sections.

6) Perform business valuation model reviews.

7) Review the work of/guide team members

8) Build strong professional relationship with onshore teams through project work

Education / professional qualifications : 

CA / CFA / CPA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management) Prior

Experience : Relevant experience of 2.5 to 10 years in corporate finance / valuations services
