Valuation Analyst - NBFC (2-5 yrs)
- Exposure to revenue and expense forecasting
- Experience in preparing and presenting the annual business plan
- Track actual performance against the annual business plans.
- Experience in financial modelling. Updating and tracking deal models with actuals and forecasting projected returns.
- Preparation of detailed quarterly portfolio and monthly MIS. Presentation of management reports and other MIS for review.
- Co-ordinate and manage the annual external valuation process. Should handle investors query. Will do feasibility analysis.
