- Preparation of Consolidated financial statements of the group (listed company experience preferred with hands on experience of consolidation) - Prepare / review of financial statements of Key Indian and foreign subsidiaries as per Ind AS, IFRS or country specific GAAP. - Review daily accounting, monthly closing and preparation of quarterly annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with Ind AS. - Coordination with Big 4 auditing companies and provide all the audit documents for carrying out the statutory audits. - Manage direct tax assessments and tax litigation in coordination with tax consultants and assist in annual tax filings - Review of yearly XBRL tagging and filing - Budgetary controls of the group. - Any other matters / reporting as required by management
