This job opportunity is in Greater Noida so the candidates who are living in Greater Noida or willing to relocate to Greater Noida should only apply. This role will entail assisting Research Publication team of our global clients by editing English language research reports authored by native and non-native English-speaking research analysts. The editor will work with a leading European bank and assist the banks research publication team, production team, and supervisory analyst team in ensuring the reports are in-line with the bank's standards. The person should have good command (read/write/speak) over English. The role will involve liaising with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the business requirements are achieved.

Scope of Work : 

- Perform editing of research reports authored by native and non-native English-speaking research analysts

- Besides editing reports for grammar, structure, flow and the house-style, should also flag compliance and regulatory issues for quick action

- Sanity check of numbers in the reports (tables footings and reconciliations between tables and numbers mentioned in the text)

- Provide print ready or web ready files for projects while adhering to all briefs, specifications and style rules

- Use DTP software to produce a layout for each page of the publication

- Produce graphics such as diagrams, charts and tables

- Make sure that each report is well formatted, uncluttered and well balanced.

Skills Required

- The candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in editing and desktop publishing of financial research reports

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Proven track record in editing complex reports

- Understand the financial and technical terms

- Hold relevant PG degree/PG in Communications/English/Certifications or diplomas in editing and/or writing (preferred).

- Proficiency with the MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat

- Excellent knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite applications

- Prior exposure to capital markets will be an advantage

- Good interpersonal skills to work well in a team and co-operate to achieve success - Innovative thinking and solution orientation

- Flexibility in working hours
