We are growing aggressively and to support this growth we are seeking a passionate & seasoned Talent Acquisition partner to help us build the company of the future and take us to the next level. Your broader roles & responsibilities are outlined below but not limited to just this

1. Position our company as an employer of choice for potential employees and communicate brand Valiance

2. Partner with business leaders to build a hiring strategy then take the lead on implementing and delivering on that strategy with your team.

3. Building a robust talent pipeline across different tech roles based on the company's growth projections.

4. Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.

5. Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.

6. Responsible for the fulfillment of hiring requirements which will involve Sourcing, screening, and scheduling.

7. Handle reporting of key recruitment metrics.

8. Strive to improve recruitment funnel metrics - offer acceptance, joining rates, time taken to close a position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in the talent advisory & recruitment domain preferably technical

2. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

3. Strong Candidate Relationship Management and business partnership skills.

4. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

5. Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

6. Must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to hiring.

7. Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

8. Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.

9. Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

10. Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.

11. CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
