Performance Marketing King / Queen
a. Someone who has done performance marketing across channels, including YouTube and Quora [apart from the usual suspects, Google, Linkedin, and FB]
b. Preferably, someone who has also handled paid marketing partnerships and alliances to drive high-quality leads - so in our industry, someone who can speak to an E-Cell or incubator and make them referral partners.
c. Someone who is agile, and can modify and tweak campaigns and experiment.
We will hire someone who can demonstrate a history of experimentation and tweaks to deliver high-performance.
