Social Media and ORM Required @ E-commerce
Job Description : Seeking 'Social Media Managers' with minimum experience of 2 years, copywriting skills, and the ability to think outside the box. Photoshop skills are a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Social Media Management; Ability to manage and take ownership of all company social media accounts ; FB, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin & Twitter.
- Develop Social Media Posts ; Coordinate with the design team to produce engaging image/video content for social
- Timely Responses To Online Inquiries ; Reply to direct messages from customers on social media platforms, and coordinate with internal teams for sales inquiries.
- Plan/Develop Webinars ; Coordinate with various internal teams to plan topics, arrange speakers, market the event online, and if required host the event.
- Online Reputation Management (ORM) ; Management of reviews received online on various platforms such as Google My Business, Play store, Trustpilot, Mouthshut etc. including replying to reviews and coordinating with internal teams to generate reviews from customers.
- Online Escalations ; Coordinate with support team members in case of online escalations through social media & ORM platforms.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager/Executive
- Knowledge and experience in operating various Social Media & ORM Platforms
- Copywriting experience/excellent writing skills (in English)
- Photoshop knowledge/experience is a plus
