Role: Senior Manager - International Sales (APAC)

Functional Area: International Sales (APAC region)

Educational Qualification: 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Preferably in International Sales)

Experience: 5 + yrs. of experience

Location: Gurgaon

Language: Knowledge of geo-specific language will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gaining key insights into the APAC geography, culture, and industrial nuances.

- Willing to travel to locations for the purpose of events, business development, and relationship building

- Managing a team (in Gurgaon) involved in Generating, Working, and Qualifying leads (International) generated via Outbound or the Marketing channels like SEO, Email Marketing etc.

- Interaction with potential customers through LinkedIn, Email, Chat, and Phone Calls.

- Managing and growing relationships with Local teams in the APAC region.

- Product demonstration, requirement gathering, and turning interest into the need of Customers.

- Creating a winning solution with problem-solving and client-handling skills.

- Develop and grow repeat business from existing clients.

- Working closely with Product, Operations & Technology teams for the customization of features Or resolve queries raised by the clients.

- Playing a crucial role in Strategic tie-ups and figuring out areas of business Optimization.

- Managing the sales process through sales CRM and using multiple analytical & reporting Tools for tracking and forecasting Quarterly and Yearly targets.

Qualifications:

- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential in SaaS consulting, an Online Product Company.

- Graduate with solid stakeholder management capabilities and executive presence.

- Managed teams for a minimum of 5 years

- Creative, analytical thinker and fast learner.

- Strong business acumen, and proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.

- Must be able to demonstrate a passion for Customers Success.
