- To ensure that the plant has right talent to execute the plant strategy & achieve desired business results
- Review talent requirements and hire /collaborate with Central HR to hire the required numbers as per the Industrial Engineering study and the approved Organization Structure
Learning & Growth
- To devise the skill matrix and develop TNI
- Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D Plan
- Identify the employee value proposition issues affecting company turnover
- Identify and ensure actions for improvement
Employee Engagement & Wellness
To plan, undertake and monitor employee engagement and wellness activities
Long Term Settlement with Union
- To review, analyze and devise LTS for the workmen keeping in mind the alignment with the long-term strategy of the company and building the future workforce
- To represent the Organization in all Union interactions
Adherence to statutory Compliances
- To monitor and ensure that plant comply with all HR, IR, & Labour laws related legal and regulatory compliances.
- To represent the management on all statutory matters relating to Labour laws before the concerned authorities as and when required
Relevant and total years of Experience
- 12 years+ of experience
- Including 3 years in independently managing plant HR IR
